I've been searching for a quality vest to wear under military uniform and fire gear when the temperature isn't cold enough for a full extra layer but you still want a little extra something. Low and behold I stumbled across the Wooby Hoody Outdoor Vest. I ordered a size large since that's typically what I wear for jackets, job shirts and such. The item shipped fairly quickly and arrived a few days early which was awesome since orders placed with similiar companies have shown up late and in one case not at all. The unfortunate issue, however, was the vest was a bit too snug in the shoulder and armpit areas not allowing for maximum range of motion. I contacted the company about the issue and was advised to return the large in exchange for an extra large, no restocking charge or any other fees. The large was returned and the extra large replacement was shipped almost immediately upon the reciept of the returned item. Customer Service kept in contact throughout the process. I have since recieved the extra large vest and it fits great. Everything about this company from item selection for purchase, to shipping, to great customer service has been a pleasant experience.
