How It Works

1. Tell us what you need. Colorways, sizes, quantity, your logo and your need-by date.
2. Get your quote and mockup. Hoodies, embroidery and a one-time digitizing fee, priced up front.
3. Approve and pay. Production starts after your written mockup approval and payment.
4. We embroider and ship. Typically 2–4 weeks from approval and payment for in-stock colorways and sizes.

The Details

• Minimum: 1 embroidered hoodie.
• Detailed or multicolor logo? A custom patch captures more detail (25-piece minimum).
• Placement: left chest, right chest, left arm, right arm.
• Digitizing: $35 one-time per logo. Reorders with the same logo skip it.
• Artwork: vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) are fastest. Send what you have and we'll tell you if it works.
• Out of stock in a size or color? We'll give you the timeline before you pay.
• Custom pieces are made for you and are final sale. Manufacturing defects are always covered.

Wholesale: 50+ units, made to order

For large group orders and private-label partners. Wholesale orders are produced for you by our manufacturing partner, not pulled from retail stock. Custom embroidery is available.

• Tiered Pricing: The more you buy, the more you save.
• GEN3: made to order only, 300-unit minimum.
• Lead time: about 120 days from order confirmation and payment.
• Payment: full balance at order placement.
• Shipping: to one address. No drop-shipping.
• Prices exclude shipping, insurance, taxes and embroidery. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Questions

How fast can I get them? Custom orders from in-stock sizes typically ship 2–4 weeks after mockup approval and payment. Have a deadline? Add it to the form and we'll tell you up front if we can make it.

Is there a minimum? Not for embroidery. One hoodie is fine. Patches start at 25, and wholesale starts at 50.

Do I see it first? Yes. You'll approve a mockup in writing before anything is made.

Can I return custom items? Custom pieces are final sale because they're made for you. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.
