Refund Policy

Wooby Hoody Return Policy

To start a return please use our return portal HERE.

Returns and Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that we do not accept any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, has physical damage, or has hair/deodorant marks on it. If a product is received with any of these signs, a refund/exchange will not be given, and we will not be able to send the item back to you. Any items sent back that do not meet the return/exchange policy will not be returned and forfeited to Wooby Hoody.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom items (including embroidered items)
  • Sale Items 20% off or more/Closeout/End of Season/Final-Sale items
  • Gift Cards

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Sale items (20% off or more), Closeout, End of Season, Final-sale items cannot be returned/refunded. Only regular-priced items or items discounted less than 20% may be refunded or exchanged.

Defective Items:
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately. Defective item claims are reviewed individually, and we will carefully inspect the item to determine if the issue results from a manufacturing defect or from normal wear and tear.

Normal Wear and Tear:
This is defined as expected and inevitable damage occurring as a result of normal use and/or aging of a product. Damage from normal wear and tear should not render your product unusable during a reasonable life cycle, but textile-based products should not be expected to perform indefinitely at the same level as when they were originally purchased.

Shipping:
If you purchase returns coverage at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you are responsible for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on your location, exchange product delivery times may vary.
